Banks want you to give your house back… NICELY. REALLY?

Loan Mods didn’t work and now the banks want you to GIVE your house back nicely! REALLY?

I just came across this article and while it all sounds wonderful (so did the loan mods) it will be interesting to see if these “give your house back nicely pilots” actually work...
